Jerry Lynch has been a real estate investor for over 30 years. He currently owns commercial, industrial, and residential properties as part of his overall personal financial plan. JFL Realty manages all these properties, and the programs that we have in place for our properties are available to our clients as well.
Because real estate investing is a part of the total financial picture, this consulting program is available exclusively to clients of JFL Total Wealth Management. While it offers many advantages, it also carries significant risks. It is not a get rich quick program, but rather a long-term investment strategy that works with your existing assets as part of a comprehensive investment portfolio. With this program, we will work with your existing advisors (attorneys, accountants or CPAs, mortgage and insurance professionals, and realtors) to create a plan that works for you. If you do not have existing advisors, we’re happy to make recommendations and referrals to trusted professionals who also have their clients’ best interests at heart.
